A sea of hexagons!
I plan to square this off, so there is still a fair amount of work left, but I am starting to see the end.
Amira finally realized these little bugs are magnetic! She put them together and pulled them apart over and over, and made sure to show me this new finding!And here it is Sunday evening. Adrian is starting to clean up from our messy weekend-is it possible to exist without making a mess? He asked me if I wanted to help-umm, not yet...but I promise I will-and he joined in my delay with a piece of strawberry rhubarb pie. Amira's not old enough to repeat mom's procrastination.
And the prep for Monday begins!
